Frequently Asked Questions

Are the Haus Neunzehn Open Toe Slides true to size?

The Haus Neunzehn Open Toe Slides are designed to fit slightly small. If you're between sizes, size up so your toes and heel sit comfortably on the footbed.

What are the slippers made of?

The upper is crafted from natural hemp and paired with a cushioned footbed for everyday comfort. A durable TPR outsole grips indoor floors, while the open-toe design keeps your feet cool, making these slippers a great fit for warm rooms and year-round wear at home.

Are they comfortable for all-day wear around the house?

Yes, they're built for relaxing indoors, with a soft footbed and an easy slip-on shape that doesn't squeeze your toes. Wear them for a morning at your desk, an afternoon on your feet in the kitchen, or a lazy weekend at home.

Can I wear them outside?

They're designed mainly for indoor comfort, but the sole is suitable for quick trips like grabbing the mail or stepping onto the patio. For longer walks or wet surfaces, a proper outdoor shoe is the better choice.

How do I clean and care for them?

Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry away from direct heat. Avoid the dryer so the slippers keep their shape and cushioning.

Do they work for both men and women?

Yes, the slippers are available in a size range that suits both men and women, so check the size chart for your correct fit.
